Theresa Alles

Theresa Alles is the Executive Assistant and Operations Specialist for The Minerva Group’s CEO and COO and provides auxiliary support to the COO for operations. Her career spans over 30 years, and corporate environments, including healthcare, finance, accounting, risk management, nonprofit, and global operations.

Theresa hails from New York and found her forever home in Colorado in the spring of 2007. She enjoys spoiling her two quirky Chihuahuas, baking sourdough bread, spending time with friends and family, as well as playing bass guitar in her husband’s band.
