Computer/IT Support
There are 2 main types of computer issue
Each type of issue will have a different approach to getting the support you need.
Computer Hardware Issues
If you believe the issue you have is related to the computer, monitor or printer itself then you will want to contact Tony Rehl, with Millennium Computers, Inc.; our outside IT consultant.

Software Issues (excluding Anti-Virus)
Software issues can affect any program we use on our computer or on the internet, including:
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Practice Protect
- QuickBooks Online
- Financial Cents
- ADP/Gusto/Justworks
- Bill.com (BILL)
- Slack
- Chrome/Edge/Firefox
The first step to resolving an issue is identifying the root problem, if possible. Take time to determine if the problem you are having is related to another program and if it is a programming glitch or limitation that we will need to work around until it is resolved by the creator.
Many issues can be resolved by restarting your computer or clearing your browser’s cache. Start with these options, then if the problem persists; you will need to reach out to one of the following people:

*Anti-Virus Software
If you see that your anti-virus software is out of date or has a notice you cannot resolve, you will need to contact Tony with Millennium Computers to resolve.
